Classic thin crust pizza, topped with an Arugula salad, gorgonzola cheese, and lightly dressed with Little BEEst Hot Honey.
Ingredients
- 1 cup – Arugula
- 1 tablespoon – Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon – White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons – Gorgonzola Cheese
- 2 tablespoons – Little BEEst Sneaker Green Hot Honey
- 1 thin crust pizza (Cheese or Pepperoni)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix arugula, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Place the cut pizza on a platter to prepare for garnishing.
- Place the salad on top of the pizza. Sprinkle gorgonzola cheese on top.
- Drizzle Little BEEst Sneaker Green Hot Honey sauce over salad and around pizza.
- Serve with a spatula and tongs and enjoy!
