St. Louis ribs glazed with Little BEEst Scorpion Red Hot Honey Sauce with chives & sesame seeds.
Smoked ribs slathered in hot honey are a mouthwatering fusion of deep, smoky flavor and bold, sticky sweetness. The tender, fall-off-the-bone meat absorbs the spicy-sweet glaze, enhancing the rich barbecue notes with a fiery kick that lingers just enough. Ingredients:
- 1 slab – Smoked St Louis Ribs (Fully Cooked)
- 1⁄2 cup – Little BEEst Scorpion Red Hot Honey Sauce
- 2 tablespoons – White & Black Sesame Seeds
- 1 tablespoon – Chopped Chives
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 °F.
- Prepare a baking sheet with a rack & place ribs on top.
- Brush with hot honey sauce to fully coat the ribs. (1st glaze)
- Place in the oven for 5 minutes until the glaze is sticky & shiny.
- Brush the entire slab one more time for a thicker coating, sprinkle with sesame seeds & place back in the oven for 6-7 more minutes.
- Remove from the oven & sprinkle chives on top.
- Cut ribs to desired portions, place on a platter & serve alongside extra hot honey sauce for dipping.
