Classic thin crust pizza, topped with arugula salad and gorgonzola cheese
Thin crust pizza becomes something truly special when topped with Little BEEst hot honey and fresh arugula. Ingredients:
- 1 cup – Arugula
- 1 tablespoon – Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon – White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons – Gorgonzola Cheese
- 2 tablespoons – Little BEEst Sneaker Green Hot Honey Sauce
- 1 thin crust pizza (Cheese or Pepperoni)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix arugula, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, & season to taste with salt & pepper.
- Place the cut pizza on a platter to prepare for garnishing.
- Place the salad on top of the pizza. Sprinkle gorgonzola cheese on top
- Drizzle Little BEEst Sneaker Green Hot Honey Sauce over salad & around pizza.
- Serve with a spatula & tongs & enjoy!
