Baguette crostini appetizers with roasted red pepper and herbs drizzled with Little BEEst Hot Honey.
Ingredients
- 1 cup – Feta Cheese (prefer block-in-brine, broken in chunks)
- ¾ cup – Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup – Roasted Red Peppers (Small Diced)
- 1 tablespoon – Chopped Parsley
- 1 – Demi/Mini Baguette
- ¼ cup – Little BEEst Roasted Pineapple Hot Honey
- Canola Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Slice baguette into ¼” slices. Toss in a bowl with a drizzle of canola oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking sheet.
- Toast baguette slices for 6-10 minutes, until crispy and golden brown
- In a food processor, add feta cheese and yogurt. Blend until smooth.
- Spread a heaping teaspoon of whipped feta over the crostini.
- Top each piece with roasted red peppers, drizzle hot honey sauce over the top.
- Garnish the top with chopped herbs, transfer to a platter and serve.
