Ingredients:
- 8 oz – Sliced Smoked Salmon
- 1⁄2 cup – Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 oz – Fresh Dill
- 1⁄2 cup – Red Onions, sliced thin
- 1⁄4 cup – Capers
- 1⁄4 cup – Little BEEst Sneaker Green Jalapeño Hot Honey Sauce
- 1 cup – Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1 ea – Roasted Jalapeño, seeded and diced
- Salt and Pepper to taste Bagels
Instructions:
- In a mixer, add cream cheese on medium speed until light and airy, about 3 minutes. Fold in diced jalapeños and 2 Tbsp Sneaker Green Jalapeño Hot Honey Sauce, season to taste.
- Transfer to a bowl to serve alongside bagels of your choosing.
- Prepare a platter by layering slices of smoked salmon to cover the bottom. Top with onions, capers, dill and tomatoes.
- Drizzle the remaining honey sauce over the smoked salmon and serve.
