Warm, flaky biscuits filled with fried chicken and pickles.
Nashville hot chicken sandwiches trace their roots back to the 1930s in Nashville, Tennessee, where Thornton Prince’s scorned lover tried to punish him with an unbearably spicy fried chicken—but he ended up loving it. That bold, fiery flavor quickly became a local staple and eventually evolved into the beloved sandwich form we know today: crispy fried chicken slathered in a cayenne-based paste, served on a bun with pickles. Paired with hot honey, the sandwich reaches new heights—balancing the intense heat with a touch of sweetness that clings to every crunchy bite, creating a mouthwatering contrast that keeps you coming back for more.
